Automatically calculated field

    Hello all,

    Is there a way to introduce some calculated fields ? I explain myself ; I want to do a form as a pre-order. For example, the user should give the number of boxes he wants to buy ; each box contains 5 products. The form could be like :

    “I want to order xxx boxs of 5 products”

    The user can modify the quantity which here is the “xxx”. The 5 is also a field but which can not be modified.

    I want to add a new sentence as : “so it make yyy products”
    yyy would correspond to xxx*5 (so, a multiplication)

    My request is quiet complicated but I will be very glad if it is possible.

  • This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Gravity Forms, a premium Form plugin, does I believe offer calculated fields in their Conditional Logic.
