Automatically assign the Post ID of a page to a review

I need to display only reviews created from the page I want to show them on. ie. The site will have many pages of different vendors. I want to enable visitors to leave reviews from those vendor pages but then only have the reviews for that vendor show on their page. I’m using the Post ID to filter reviews and it works fine once I manually go in a tag the review with the Post ID. Is there any way to get that tagging to happen automatically? These are pages, not posts. At the link above you’ll see how the list of vendors will be laid out. If you click on the “Carothers & Associates” link in the “Accounting & Tax Severices” section of the accordion you’ll be taken to the vendor page layout where the reviews for that vendor only need to be displayed. I’ve read over the docs and I just can’t find a way to make this work. Thanks in advance for your help!
