Automatically adding all tags

Hello,
I have set up a form on my WordPress for people to subscribe to our newsletter and all it asks for is First and Last Name, and email. The Infusionsoft feed linked to it also adds one specific tag, and when I tested it out on my own contact record it added all the Nuture and Prospect tags as well. The one tag that I want applied does not fall under either of those categories. Only one box is checked under “Entry Tags” and I have not enabled “Conditionaly Added Tags.” Please let me know if I need to provide more detail or further information. Thank you!
