Automatically add to all pages

Is there a means to automatically enable the buttons on all existing pages/posts?

Right now it appears to put the buttons on a page/post I have to enable the buttons on that content type in the settings then enable the buttons AGAIN, on each individual page.

Ideally I would like to enable buttons on a specific content type (pages, posts, etc), then have the buttons appear by default on those pages, with the ability to disable buttons on specific pages.
