Automatically add the value of a custom field or custom taxonomy as a tag?

  • Is it possible to automatically add custom fields or custom taxonomies as tags to posts? I have four custom taxonomies and two custom fields that I tag (mostly for crossposting purposes, since many of my reader prefer to browse my posts on LiveJournal) and it can be repetitive and time consuming. Help? Suggestions?
