Automatically Add Terms When Level 3 Term Created

  • Hello, thank is advance for the assistance.

    I have built a site extensively utilizing custom post types and custom taxonomies. My Post type is “companies” and my Taxonomy is “Zip Codes”

    Basically each company is assigned to a Zip Code

    With each zip codes is the same service terms and service brand terms.

    Is it possible once the Level 3 Term is created to automatically generate the child and grandchild terms. This would save me hours of time and make me a happy person again ??

    Example:

    State (level 1)
    -City (Level 2)
    –Zip Code (Level 3) <—When created would like the sub terms auto add
    —Service
    —-Brand Service
