Automatical adding a new user via registration formular

Hi,
the page “People” contains styled list of people. The design proposal looks like this
I would like to have a form “Add Person” which would contain the following data
- Upload image:
- Name:
- Position:
- 1-link: (for example link to home page)
- 2-link:
- 3-link:
- 4-link:
After filling in the data, new person appears in the “People” page on the latest place in the bootstrap 4 columns structure.
I was also thinking that it might work to have a customized type of a post in wp-admin containing inputs for these data. Admin can then easily fill these data and upload them to the page where correct styles would be applied so it looks just according to the desing. Moreover it would be possible to view the styled detail of such posts (profile detail), which is another desired functionality.
The problem is, that I am not sure whether I can customize the posts type this way?
