automatic wp mp3 player help

  • Ok ive installed automatic wp mp3 player, but it wont let me upload music, i get some error, like cannot find upload.cgi file in the wp-music file, so i checked and that file isnt there, so i dled it again, and the file wasent in the zip either, any suggestions?

  • I am having a similar problem where the upload.pl is in the wp-music/cgi folder but when i try to upload a song..i get Page Cannot Be Displayed.

    Anybody able to get this plugin to work???

    I have it working, I didn’t even bother trying the upload option but instead used the external song/URL option to link to the mp3 file I already had on my server. my problem now is how do I get the actual player to show in my sidebar?

    how did you get it to work? You just uploaded your file to the server manually, and it started to work?

    Sorry about the delay, I already had a few mp3’s on my server so I just used the URL option instead of the upload option under the admin section. Sometimes the songs play sometimes they don’t. I was also able to get the player to display in my sidebar by moving the files that we’re found under /themes/automatix to the themes directory, basicly just cutting out the automatix directory.
