    Hello,

i activated this 2 hooks (https://snipboard.io/F2iIZs.jpg), that when employers are sending the job form they should be automatic registrated in wordpress and get an email.

I tested it and an filled out as an employer with another email-account and browser the job form (https://heimarbeit-erfahrungen.com/jobschaltung/ ). I got an email with the username and a link to create a password. I created password through the link but then if i want to log in with the username to wordpress, wordpress says “user doesnt exist”. Why? I tried it also with a third email and its everytime the same: user doesnt exist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kleinefrage !

It looks like you are hosting your site on WordPress.com and you have Single Sign On enabled.

First, can you please check if the test account you created shows up in your site dashboard on the Users page?

If yes, can you check if you can log in when you disable the Single Sign On feature?

That’s great to hear! Thanks for letting us know.

With that, you are all set here, for now, so I’m going to close this thread. If you have any more questions, feel free to reply and the thread will automatically re-open.
