    Hi all,

    We are using Klarna for payments on our website. Now we have to manually authorise them one by one. Is it possible to make this process go automatically?

    I understand you are having trouble with Klarna Payments in your site. Could you please share more details on the payments? Are they recurring payments or one time payments?

    They are one time payments.

    We use Mollie for all our payments. But they couldn’t help me.

    Thanks for clarifying. Can you please let us know which plugin you are using to have Klarna as a payment method on your website? Is it WooPayments?

    If it is, can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > WooPayments and under Transactions make sure the option “Issue an authorization on checkout, and capture later” is not checked?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    We don’t use WooPayments as a plugin but we use Mollie (inside WooCommerce).

    I don’t feel comfortable to share the system status rapport.

    I hope this information is enough? Or is there any other way to share?
