Automatic Updates and Hide Feature

One issue is if you are using Advanced Automatic Updates plugin to make sure you have the latest Theme, Plugins and Core, sites will not update if you select Hide Theme, Plugins and Core Update Notifications.

Not sure if there is a way to fix that. Since it is important to keep themes, plugins and core files updated for security reasons maybe you can build that into your plugin so we don’t need install the Advanced Automatic Updates plugin at all.
