Automatic update unable to locate root

  • Every time I go to auto update my installation, I receive the message

    Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.

    Installation Failed

    I have this installed on 5 different accounts all on the same server, and none of the auto installations work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
