    Hi there, we are having issue with the plugin update, it shows You have version 1.9.7 installed. Update to v1.9.10. but when we try to update it shows the usual screen of plugin updating procedure but after it’s still there requesting it. Probably we can update via ftp but we thought to let you know. TY

    Same problem. It says that updating is OK but plugin keeps in 1.9.7. and requesting for update.

    Thank you! for contacting the support, can you try deactivating the plugin and reinstalling the new version?

    I have this issue too. De-activating and updating to the newest version does the same thing. Still stuck on 1.9.7 and saying update available.

    Hello there. respectively ->
    Plugin editor -> Right column -> choose facebook for woocommerce
    -> facebook-for-woocommerce.php
    -> Version: 1.9.7 change Version: 1.9.10
    -> update button

    left column click on ‘plugins’
    Find ‘facebook for woocommerce’
    ‘update now’ again

    is now new version 1.9.11

    Same here I have the same problem where it looks like it updates but NOOO in the background. then it shows it needs to be update again and again and again …

    What is this bug? Many people have it. When will this get fixed? If not fixed, I will dump this plugin. Facebook should be able to do a lot better than this…
