Automatic update feature WP5.7

    I updated a bunch of WP sites yesterday with the new 5.7. All went fine except two site that do not allow me the option to change the Update from the option of “maintenance and security releases of WordPress only” to updates to “each new version of WordPress.” The link to change this is missing. See screenshot.

    Hiya,

    This isn’t an option WordPress exposes, it has to be set with code in your configuration file, through a 3rd party plugin, and may even in some cases be managed from your hosting providers own control panel.

    Thank you. I think the two sites in question may have been installed using a CPANEL installer. I’ll check there. Thanks again.
