Automatic update after moving qp-confiq.php

Hello,

Before installing a new wordpress site, I have moved the wp-config.php file to another location above the root (public_html) on my server.And then created a new wp-config.php file that points to the moved wp-confiq only the following code:
<?php
include(‘/home/usr/hobbies/new-wp-config.php’);
?>

My question is: I’m wondering if this action can affect the automatic update of my wordpress site? I have the automatic update on, Will be there any updating problems moving the wp-config obove the public_html? What do you recommend.
