Automatic translation of cookie notice subpage

I’m using the WP plugin to show the Cookiebot banner on all pages, and have set it to ‘use WP language’ so that it automatically shows the banner in the right language. However, I have also set up a page where I show the full cookie notice (using a script), and that page doesn’t get translated automatically. I’m using WPML for my translations into English and French.
