automatic sync with outlook – prepurchase question

Hello,
I am testing the free version of the plugin and I like very much what I can do with it. Due to my customers requests, I believe I will need the pro version of the plugin, so here is my question to you. The PLATINUM version offers, if I understood well, automatic synchronization with other calendars… Is this true? It is a strong requirement from my client that the bookings made through this calender will be automatically synchronized with his outlook calendar, so that he can manage easier his bookings. I just wanted to make sure, if I understood correctly, that the Platinum version indeed offers automatic syncing with outlook calenders… If yes, how does it work? Can one set through the admin area an interval or does the syncing take place immediately when a new booking has been made? Important!! I need the plugin to be able to be in sync automatically with an outlook caledner. If yes, platinum is the way for me to go.

And another question… Trying out to export the ical file using the free version of the plugin, I get a .ics file. When I click on it, my windows calender opens but a message pops up that says, that the calendar file may be corrupt… I wonder why this is happening. Anyway, the most important factor for me is that the ultimate version of the plugin can synchronize automatically with outlook so that my client will only have to check his outlook calender, and will not have to login daily in his wordpress dashboard to check the integrated calender in the backend…
