Automatic Spam Mails

Ask your provider to give you more information on why they think it’s your website that is sending this mail. It might something else as well. Are you on a shared host for web or are you running something like a vps?

a cpanel where i can add more domain through add on

i already asked to them but they are saying they can’t help me
they were saying there are some files in your theme or plugin which creating spam mails,

Like sterndata says… there’s your problem.
If you want to get hacked, use illegal themes. They almost all contain backdoors.

But my friends using illegal themes, any there websites are not hacked yet, they are using from 2 years

You’re using hacked/nulled themes from an untrustworthy source. Your argument is not valid.

Deal with the fact that your site is hacked and clean it up. Replace any nulled/prirated code with code from trustworthy sources.

• Don’t use commercial products that you’ve found “FREE” on the Internet. The people who post that do not care about you. They’re hoping you will do it so that you can get your site compromised and spread their spam.

  You have voluntarily handed over your site to Very Bad People? and you’re now justifying to us that decision. We’re not lawyers and except to inform you that hurting yourself in horrible, awful, self-loathing ways is discouraged there really is nothing more to be said.

  Stop hurting yourself. Avoid those “FREE” sites like a bad infection.
