Automatic Settlement Submission

    Thanks for your continued work on this plugin! I gave 1.0 a try this morning and during my testing, Automatic Settlement Submission did not seem to be working. My transactions were being listed as Authorized but not Submitted for Settlement, despite having selected the appropriate setting in the Braintree Settings page.

    Thanks! Really appreciate this plugin. My business deals primarily in micro-transactions, so the more popular payment processors are simply not an option with their fees. Braintree’s lack of fees for the first $50k make your plugin the best option for anyone who is in my position and using GF.
