    Are you using any SMTP plugins such as Brevo, MailPoet, etc? Sometimes these plugins will block attachments to the WooCommerce emails.

    @dwpriv, I’m using WP Mail SMTP and SendGrid. I check the mail is not even going out.

    If the emails aren’t going out then our plugin cannot attached the PDFs to them. Could you try a test where you deactivate these plugins and see if the the emails are sent along with the PDFs? If so, then the issue lies in the settings of one of these plugins.

    Tried it and they are still not being send. I assume that it has to do with the screenshot where it states that the invoices are still “manual”?

    Does the invoice get attached when you send them from the Edit order pages panel here?

    The invoice gets attached when sending manually.

    Could you follow these steps to find out if the issue occurs before the message is sent:

    • Install and activate the WP Mail Logging plugin.
    • Open an existent order, find the Send order email panel, on the right side, select one of the email notification in which you attach the invoice, e.g. Complete order, and click on Save order and send email:

    • Then go to Tools > WP Mail Log, find your last email & check if there are files in the Attachments column and/or any notice on the Error column:

    Be sure to go to Settings and activate attachments
