Hi, I’m using the Lite version with the setting to save resized images from Instagram locally to the server. Is it possible to set automatic deletion of old images that are no longer used? I noticed that there are a lot of images in the directory wp-content/uploads/sb-instagram-feed-images.
    thanks for the great plugin

    Hey @temporalnaut,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The plugin will automatically delete the least visited file after a certain number of saved images have been reached. By default, this is 350 posts for the free version of the plugin. Meaning we already have automatic deletion for old posts. You can change this limit in the wp-config.php file. For more information on this please see our documentation here: How does image resizing work?

Let me know should you have any further questions.

    Best regards.

In that case, an error probably happened somewhere, because I use the free version and the folder wp-content/uploads/sb-instagram-feed-images contains 628 files. I see it in Filezilla, but I noticed that almost every picture is there 3 times, with the suffixes nfull, nlow, nthumb. The number 350 is the meant number of files with or without those versions?

    Hey @temporalnaut,

That is correct, it is 350 posts meaning up to 1050 files in total for each resized version. We chose 3 to have a good fitting size for most screen sizes without adding too many different image files. If you want to lower this, you can check the link above for information on how to set this to 100 posts as an example, which would max out at 300 image files in the folder. Let me know if you need any further guidance on that.

    Many thanks.
