    I have linked Woocommerce and Payfast. I tried to buy my own product using my credit card as I could not get the sandbox to work.

    The money was taken off my CC so that part seems fine. However, I did not receive the product. I have checked the box to “grant access”. The URL for the product is correct.

    I cannot see any problems on the Woo status page and my host has checked the website and finds no issues there. He says it may be a glitch with Woocommerce.

    I would really value some help.
