    I issued a square partial refund thru woo commerce for an item that was OOS it shows completed in woocommerce but nothing shows up in my square I don’t want to issue it again in square only to have it come out later can I somehow track or cancel it with the transaction number so I can do it in square
    “Square Refund in the amount of $7.55 approved. (Transaction ID OeS3kliWy1yAHopDOFk5S)”

    as a side note on this same order when it was placed I got a payment failed then 2 mins later it went through I don’t know if she used a different payment method or it just took it a few minutes to go through it’s been several hours since I issued the refund

    Hi there,

    Since the order has a Transaction ID recorded (OeS3kliWy1yAHopDOFk5S), that would mean the refund went through OK. Those IDs come from Square, and are not generated by Woo or the Square plugin.

    With that Transaction ID, I would recommend reaching out to the Square support team to ask about the status of the refund on their side (since it’s already showing ok on your site itself). Their support should be available here: https://squareup.com/help/
