    Hello,
I have tagged content with the shortcode [restrict level=”3″] which corresponds to a membership level. When the client wants to view the content, the default message is displayed. How can I make my “log-in” page appear? How can I ensure that once the user has logged in, they are returned to the page they were on?

    Parameters :
    Redirect Default Login URL True
    Login Page: https://pedagofiche-lexicompta.fr/log-in/

    Merci d’avance

    Hi @bertrandpedago

You may automatically redirect non members to your login page when you enable the “Hide Restricted Posts” and set your login page where you added the [login_form] shortcode as your Redirect page. But, this functionality would only apply if your restrict your contents to membership levels on the Restrict this Content metabox.

Since you are using a shortcode, you can link your login page [login_form] to your restricted default message so when users click on the link, they will be redirected to your login page.
Also, you may redirect members to the previous page they were on through custom plugin written by the community (not supported by us) that Redirect to Previous Page After Login:

Thank you for your response, which answers my question. However, I thought it was a native feature of the plugin. I don’t think I will use it because I also do not need the monetization part
