    Hi…
    I’m having a bit of a problem.

I have set up a PayPal sandbox account to test payments on my site and here is what’s happening:

    1. On the checkout page, I click the Paypal button to pay.
    2. After clicking the “Complete Purchase” button in Paypal, I’m automatically directed back to the checkout page and a message in the payment area appears that says:

“Your PayPal payment is ready to be processed. Please review your order details then click Place Order.”
    3. However, after 5 seconds, the payment automatically goes through and I’m redirected to the “Order Received” page.

It’s automatically processing the payment without having to click the “Place Order” button.

It doesn’t allow any time to review the order.

I’ve played around with every possible combination in the settings but just can’t figure this one out. Can someone help me out?

      Thanks

    Hi @magicflakes11

It doesn’t allow any time to review the order.

Is this for a subscription order or regular order?

Are you using the checkout block or the checkout shortcode?

The plugin will automatically submit the checkout form if there are no missing required address fields on your checkout page. That’s because, if a customer has already input their address and selected a shipping option, there is no reason to review the order details again.

In a future release, that “Please review order details” message will only show if the checkout page does in fact require further review.

    Kind Regards
