    After the update the automatic printing of Invoices/Packing lists seems broken. I have done test prints through Cloud print settings and they work fine. Both are still enabled to print, but it doesn’t happen.

    Hi! Please check that you are using the latest version of the WooCommerce Print Orders plugin. An update was released a few weeks ago (2.5.17) that is required if you’re using 2.0. If you purchased the plugin from WP Overnight and you’re having trouble finding the update, please send an email to [email protected] with your license key or order number, if you purchased from Simba Hosting, you can contact them via https://www.simbahosting.co.uk/s3/support/

    Hi I am using 2.5.5 an do have the same issue. Testprint is perfect but no other document ist printed.

    Hello Harald,
    2.5.5 was released in March, and is not compatible with version 2.0+ of this plugin. The latest release is 2.5.21, see my previous answer above for getting the update.
