• Hi guys,

    New order (to store owner) and order status updates emails are not being sent automatically since the 2.2 version on my site. Before that at least the new order email was being sent but now I have to force (edit order -> action box -> resend e-mails) the messages for every single order.

    I’ve investigated WordPress debug mode and logs but didn’t find anything wrong. Is there anyone with the same issue? Any suggestion on how to debug this error?

    In time: all other automatic WP emails (new user, new comment, etc) are working fine, all my plugins are updated.

    Update to 2.2.4 corrected this issue, well, partially.

    Now I have all the emails fired automatically but one: processing payment.

    When an order started with some manual payment (like bank deposit for example), the order status is pending. So I change the order status when the payment is done, but no emails are sent warning the customer that the store has identified the payment and will now prepare the order to ship.

    PS: this issue was identified since before the 2.2 release.

    Any lights?

    We did not change this in WooCommerce 2.2 and no correction was made in 2.2.4 for this issue.

    I believe your problem is not in the WooCommerce.

    I have the same problem. Two days ago everything works fine. Now my customer don’t received emails. Thats why they cannot download the products.

    I’m having this problem too. I just updated, a customer placed an order but no notification came. It was not an issue pre-update. Has any fix been offered for this?

    I also have this problem. I originall installed WooCommerce 2.1.x, then upgraded to 2.2.3. Both were not sent notification email.
