    Hello, my automatic or manual reminders are no longer received by my customers. This problem appeared a few months ago. I tried to deactivate all the plugins change theme, I tried going through my server an smtp via wp smtp. I get all emails from woocommerce but not reminders. Yet the reminders are added well in the list of reminders after changing the status of my orders. I got the message that the reminder was sent. But still nothing. I tried to install the plugin on a blank site. Always nothing. I have no more solutions. Please help me to solve this problem

    I have already read this topic, and as I told you I have configured an SMTP client to send mails, but that did not solve the problem. I tried with several different sending emails. I don’t understand. By disabling all plugins and activating a base theme, still the same problem. My wordpress version is up to date. The plugins indicates that a reminder will be sent. In the logs I have no errors. It is frankly incomprehensible. Thnaks

    Hi,

    Can you please share some screenshots of the plugin settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab?

    You can also test the deliverability of your emails with this service: https://www.mail-tester.com. It will generate a unique email address for you. You should then send a test email from our plugin settings to that address and check the “score” of your email. Please let me know the score and share the link to the results page.
