Automatic numbering of tables, images, code, quotations

Hi. I like to have that every image, table, etc. in my post have an automatic number and added it in the title of the image, table, etc. Something like “Figure 1. Title” and then the next image would be “Figure 2. Other”. Is there a plugin for this?

Related to this, is there a plugin that can put a title over any block? For example, the code block doesn’t have a title but I like to set a title like “Example Code”.
