Automatic number sequence not working and colored invoice bar

    Dear Bas,

    1 support issue and 1 question:

    1) When an order is placed and immediately paid (iDeal) the invoice number does not add up (+1). For example: I already have an invoice with the number 0023, I placed a test order and paid it with iDeal and then the invoice is immediately created with the same number 0023. How can I fix this?

    2) How can I remove/hide the big colored bar with the total price from the invoice PDF template.
