Automatic notification of posts and following comments to all users

    I have searched around and can’t find what I am after in forums or plug ins or docs so I’m going to ask for a hand.

    I run a website which requires communication between a lot of people and am looking for a plug in which lets users be notified of when posts are published by other users.

    In addition to this I also need a plug in which AUTOMATICALLY notifies the user who posts the post (excuse the bad pun there) of any comments which follow up on what they wrote.

    Ideally I would like the to address in each of the emails sent to come from the user who is replying or posting, not a generic admin address.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!
