Automatic META data generator for individual posts

Hi,

My website has more than 10,000 posts.
But none of them has the META data (E.g: Meta Heading, Meta Description, Meta keyword)

I need to automatically generate these META data for each individual posts using the heading of the post.

Any idea how this can be done or do we have a plugin to accomplish this?

To explain farther…………

If the heading of the post is: Bad Boy
META title will be: Bad Boy
META keyword will be: Bad Boy
The META description will be: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Bad Boy 7 8 9 10.

If the heading of the post is: Good Boy
META title will be: Good Boy
META keyword will be: Good Boy
The META description will be: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Good Boy 7 8 9 10.
