Automatic load of the plugin

The plugin needs visitors for it to run similar to how wp-cron needs visitors for it to run.

Do you know if is there any way to run wp-cron or the plugin automatically, without visits, not using the cron in the server or cpanel?

Yes, I was thinking to use one of these services, but it′s for a local wordpress, not accessible from internet…
