In MailPoet 2, automatic latest content did only show the featured image of a post and did not show any other images.

Is that still possible in MailPoet 3?

I am asking because it looks rather ugly if the featured image and the first image of a post are shown together if the first image is located at the top of a post.

The featured image is usually the image we want to show in the newsletter.

(It is possible to hide the featured image, that is, however, exactly the opposite of what I need.)

  • Hi @chmars,

Yes, it is possible in MailPoet 3. You can edit your display settings for Automatic Latest Posts block content.

You can choose to have a featured image or not, and display your post excerpt, full or just the title.

I know but that was not my question. How can I show the featured image only if I send out post excerpts, like in MailPoet 2?
