Automatic Generateof CSV file

I need your advise if I want to an automatic generation of a CSV file and to put it automatically on a ftp server, how we can do it?

You can automatically run your export on a schedule using cron jobs: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/cron/.

As for moving the file to some FTP location, you’d have to write code that uses our API to do it. Here’s an example snippet that you can modify as needed: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/code-snippets/#send-export-file-to-ftp-destination.
