Automatic form submission with Safari

    Hello,
    I have a form on my site to let people register for some events created by my Club. I noticed that those who have Safari on their smartphone, if they do not close the browser tab and leave it open on the form page, every time they access the browser, an empty form is automatically sent (because obviously it is not filled in).
    How can this problem be corrected? Thank you!
