automatic email with coupons for customer

is it possible to make the following scenario with this plugin:

1. Customer places order for $500+.
2. Order is shipped and status is updated to completed.
3. Once done, the plugin automatically sends coupon for 10% to the customer for the next order. Coupon code is automatically generated and only valid for one customer and one order. If he places another order for $500+ a new one is generated and sent to him.
