    Hello,

    We noticed an issue with the automatic reminder email for reviews, which should have been sent automatically after 10 days from the “completed” status. I had to send it manually, and it worked in this case.

    We’re not entirely sure why the email didn’t trigger automatically. The only change we made was to modify the label from “completed” to “shipped” for practical reasons. However, it doesn’t appear that this change affected your plugin since the order status in the settings reflects as “shipped,” exactly as we configured it. We don’t believe this modification could have influenced the issue, but we want to provide as much information as possible.

    If you remove the custom code that modifies the order status label, does the feature automatic reminder work properly?

    If not, there could be an issue with the WP Cron on your site. You can follow the solution below to troubleshoot the issue.

    Hello, thank you for your support. I have adjusted the review submission options to the ‘processing’ status, extending the waiting period by an additional 6 days to ensure that I can submit it within the specified timeframe. In this scenario, our plugins (dropshipping/shipment) should not interfere with order updates, so it should work correctly. I will monitor the situation with the next order to confirm that everything is functioning properly. If it is confirmed, I will be able to report the issue to the plugin developer for a correction.
