automatic email as well as manual emails both arent working

i cant send emails to the buyers nor i receive any emails when any products have been purchased. contact form 7 is working fine and sending emails properly but i cant send or receive emails from woocommerce. automatic email as well as manual emails both arent working. i’ve been stuck in this situation for more than 3 weeks. i’am expecting some help. woocommerce version = latest. checked woocommerce status, everything is allright.
