Automatic Email

    Good morning, are using your plugin with a Breast Cancer support group and its brilliant. I know there is a way to configure the system to generate an automatic email when someone registers for an event. I have got the system able to send emails when I push manually, however cannot configure the event to send one. How do I do that please. Thanks Steve

    If you can send out mails manually, then that means the system is already configured correctly for that part.
    Now go in your event and click on “mail formats” and configure those correctly. This can be done either per event or globally in the EME options. Each setting has an explanation.
    Make sure “Respondent Email Subject Format” and “Respondent Email Body Format” contain the needed info, those are the mails being set for registrations (and others too of course, like the pending-format settings).
