Automatic e-mail that does not send

    Hello, I do not understand why since January 2021 the automatic newsletter which is sent out every day at 8 p.m. (if there is new content) is no longer sent at all. I tried to make a test newsletter, it does not send either … I am totally new to mailpoet settings! Thanks for your help

    Hi @keole,

    There are many things that could be affecting your Post Notification sending.

    To help you with that, please go through this article:
    Troubleshooting Post Notifications Emails

    I’d strongly recommend checking if the task scheduler connection is successful and your cron URL is returning “pong” and also if your cron option is working as expected.
