Automatic draft generated at each connection

    Hello everyone,

    for some time I realized that when I connect to my site an automatic draft is automatically generated in my article area.

    If I delete it, it is recreated at the next connection, if not deleted, it remains there, empty.

    Except that on my site there are several administrators and contributors, and when they connect it generates for each of them an automatic draft.

    I’m posting my request today because after testing, I realized that this problem only occurs when Woocommerce is active.

    Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

    Bonjour tout le monde,

    depuis quelques temps je me suis rendu compte que lorsque que je me connecte à mon site un Brouillon automatique est automatiquement généré dans ma zone article.

    Si je le supprime, il se recrée à la connexion suivante, si ne le supprime pas, il reste là, vide.

    Sauf que sur mon site il y a plusieurs administrateurs et contributeurs, et lorsqu’ils se connectent cela génère pour chacun d’eux un brouillon automatique.

    Si je poste aujourd’hui ma demande c’est parce que après des tests, je me suis rendu compte que ce problème se produisait uniquement quand Woocommerce était actif.

    Quelqu’un d’autre a t-il remarqué ce comportement ?

    For information there are several hundreds of subscribers who connect and for them no automatic draft is created, only the accounts having a profile allowing to create or edit an article generate automatic drafts

    If I understand you correctly, an automatic draft post is being created if users connect to your site, right?

    This is quite strange and I’ve never experienced it on my personal site. It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the automatic draft to be created here.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
