Automatic deletion of subscribers

Hi,
does anybody know if there is a possibility to transfer or delete subscribers automatically? My idea is to have two lists: normal newsletter subscribers and the list of woocommerce customers. I would like to have newsletter subscribers automatically deleted from the normal newsletter list in case of a purchase so that they do not appear on both lists.
