Automatic daylight settings

    I have discovered that settings in my blog were set to UTC, but here in Italy we’re on UTC+1, except during summertime when we are on UTC+2.
    I have read older articles stating that once upon a time WP did not take in account automatic daylight saving and I was wondering if this is still true..
