automatic database backup not working, manual works, send by mail doesn’t work

  • The database backup isn’t working set to automatically happen once every day. I have it set to both email, and save file.

    If I click the do it now button, it will save the backup file to the server, and I get an email saying here it is, but there’s no attachment on the email.

    any suggestions?
