automatic current news articles for blog responses

As per the link below to MSNBC

Is there an add-on/s that can accomodate a blog with similar features,i.e., internet news magazine with blog responses.

There are boxes for category with topics under each. The topics articles are created from new feeds. Then with each of the articles there is ability to either blog or forums for users.

The main thing is having the ability to load articles directly into the site.

This may be a simple thing to accomplish. I’d appreciate any links or help you can give.

I’m working on a specialized news site, that is to encourage users to share their thoughts openly on the news items of interest.

I went to the blotter.com and commented on several articles. The articles went through moderation and then were posted, several hours later the comments were completely removed. I had responded to an issue regarding gays in the military.

I hate censure, especially when what I say is not vulgar, evil, profanity or other unseemly inappropriate wording.

I sure would appreciate any links or suggestions. I just do not have time to constantly acquire news worthy content fast enough to be viable on my blog site.
