Automatic contents copy of posts and categories

    I want that when i create new sites (sites that i will choose), they pull the contents (posts and categories) from my main wordpress site (which from there i get all the desired contents).
    In addition, I want every new post I update on my main site, will be updated and copy automatically in the same category on the sites i selected.

    Do you know featured plugins for this?
