Automatic Compression not Working

I want to see what might have gone wrong. Could you please follow the steps below?

1. Go to the plugin settings.
2. Go to the Help Center tab.
3. Then the Expert Settings tab will appear in the top menu. Go to this tab.
4. Activate the “Enable the service mode” feature and save the changes.
5. Upload a new image to the Media Library.
6. After uploading the file, go back to the plugin settings (this should be done immediately after uploading the image).
7. Go to the Help Center tab.
8. Take a screenshot of the entire tab and send it to me.
9. Dectivate the “Enable the service mode” feature in the Expert Settings tab and save the changes.

With this information, I will check it out and get back to you.

@ricardoaraujo330 Please tell me how long after sending the image did you go to the Help Center tab? According to the information contained there, automatic image optimization works correctly.

Hi Mateusz,

As you can see in the images bellow, last upload was 9th february but on plugin settings seems like last 362 images were not optimized.

However, if you notice, in the image detail on media library it says that the image was optimized…

@ricardoaraujo330 In the Bulk Optimization of Images section you can check which files are not optimized. Click the + icon next to the “uploads” directory and expand all directories, then send me a screenshot of all directories expanded.

@ricardoaraujo330 Please run bulk image optimization to get to 100% optimized files. Then upload a new file and please check if it will be optimized automatically.
