    You can set the cache lifespan to 6 hours. This will not clear the whole cache, but any page visited will be regenerated if it’s older than that time.
    If you want to literally clear the cache, you’ll have to setup your own CRON event, and purge the cache using WP-Optimize’s methods (see Purging the cache from an other plugin or theme on our website).
