• Hi, for our store we use custom order statuses. For this purpose, we installed Booster for WooCommerce and it handled our customization. But a strange problem appeared – 2-3 days after an order is placed in “Closed” status manually, it automatically reverts back to “Pending payment” status, which is the default status when a new order is entered. In the forums where such problems are discussed, the most common opinion is that this happens because the thank you page for the order is reloaded. We did such an experiment in a test environment and it was indeed confirmed. What is the solution to this problem? Acknowledgments!
